Very pleased. Doll arrived in about 10 days in perfect shape. One of the few things I have ever ordered that was possibly better than what was professionally photographed, described and advertised. Absolutely realistic. The customer service was outstanding, answering every question I had. Will keep this website bookmarked for when I want to get a bigger sized doll.
